Trust Recruit is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our client's finance team in the Central Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of complex financial operations. The role requires a blend of strong technical accounting knowledge and Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2), as the candidate will be expected to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and manage consolidation processes for the group.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-day management of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and bank reconciliations. You will play a key role in consolidating financial statements across multiple entities, preparing detailed management reports, and ensuring full compliance with taxation regulations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute significantly to the financial health of the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare accurate journal entries.
- Handle the consolidation of financial statements for group entities and assist in intercompany eliminations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports and financial analysis.
- Assist in local tax computation, filing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese management and clients, providing financial updates and clarifications.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and support audits.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- JLPT N2 certification is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a strong focus on consolidation and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore GAAP and MAS regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
