Are you a finance professional with strong consolidation and SAP expertise, coupled with Japanese language proficiency? Trust Recruit is partnering with a renowned client in the Central Region to find a talented Senior Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance department in a reputable organization.
As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets management. You will play a crucial role in the monthly consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SFRS. Additionally, you will leverage your SAP skills to enhance financial reporting and streamline processes.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy or professional certification such as ACCA or CPA, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or above) are essential for communication with Japan counterparts. Proficiency in SAP FI/CO is mandatory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with SFRS.
- Handle group consolidation and inter-company transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax filings.
- Utilize SAP for financial data management and reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with Japan counterparts in Japanese as required.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Possess JLPT N2 certification or above, with ability to communicate in Japanese fluently.
- Proficient in SAP (module: FI/CO) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of consolidation and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good command of English and Japanese (written and spoken).
