Beo Holding is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accounts Executive with Mandarin language proficiency to join our dynamic finance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing and finalizing the complete set of monthly and yearly management accounts, conducting thorough financial analyses, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and finalize full sets of monthly and yearly management accounts with accurate financial analyses
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders, including Mandarin-language documentation when required
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives with financial insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, MICPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) with ability to prepare financial documents in Mandarin
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
