Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Handle tax compliance and filing requirements for multiple clients
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as required
- Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure team adherence to accounting policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in an outsourcing environment
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
