Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Handle production cost accounting, including inventory valuation and tracking manufacturing overheads.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L reports and balance sheets.
- Liaise with production managers to monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations for the production industry.
- Assist in the annual audit process by preparing and organizing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements with high accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the Production or Manufacturing Industry.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong working knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
