Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards.
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful and timely completion of audits.
- Perform variance analysis on budget versus actual expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings (GST, CIT).
- Maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate operational risks.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial reporting and data analysis to drive business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA qualification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage financial data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
