Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory standards and financial compliance protocols to mitigate risk.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business goals.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and management.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
