Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily middle and back-office functions within the Treasury Centre to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Process and settle treasury-related transactions, including foreign exchange (FX) and money market instruments.
- Maintain and update financial records accurately within the SAP system, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit standards.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow positions across multiple entities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses for regional management review.
- Liaise with external banking partners and internal stakeholders to resolve operational discrepancies promptly.
- Support the implementation of treasury policies and internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in SAP system enhancements and process automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or treasury operations.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ERP software (FI/CO modules) is mandatory for this role.
- Proven experience in handling middle or back-office treasury functions in a corporate environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with regional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with financial instruments and regional banking regulations is a plus.
