Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance policies.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct regular internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and train junior accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a public listed company.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MASB) and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.
