Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports with actionable insights
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial planning
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Lead and develop accounting staff through coaching and process optimization
- Implement internal controls and improve financial systems for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting management
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data for decision-making
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
