Fredley Food and Beverages is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing finance team in the Philippines. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial health by ensuring accuracy in vendor payments, expense tracking, and cost center allocations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to vendor relations. You will be responsible for streamlining invoice processing, ensuring compliance with company financial policies, and contributing to the integrity of our financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, verify, and record invoices and expense reports against cost centers to ensure accurate financial classification.
- Execute timely payments to vendors while proactively identifying and monitoring discount opportunities to optimize cash flow.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relations, including resolving billing discrepancies and reconciling vendor statements.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments while maintaining accurate records of all disbursements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including the preparation of accruals and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure all invoices are approved according to company purchasing policies.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for all payable documents in compliance with audit requirements.
- Support finance management with ad-hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or general accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage vendor and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight monthly deadlines.
