Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and code vendor invoices to appropriate cost centers for accurate expense allocation
- Process vendor payments while strategically utilizing early payment discounts
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger with general ledger to ensure financial integrity
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Support month-end closing procedures with timely financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounts payable efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment-related matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Experience in food and beverage industry highly desirable
