Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure efficient financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
