Join Lycopodium's dynamic finance team as a Senior Accounts Payable Officer and drive excellence in financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate vendor master data
- Oversee expense reporting systems and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to resolve payment issues and support operational needs
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing processes including accruals and reconciliations
- Optimize AP processes through automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Train and mentor junior accounts payable staff to enhance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Expertise in vendor management, payment processing, and financial controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
