Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end management of accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and aging reports
- Perform monthly reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues and payment delays
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize AR efficiency
- Generate detailed AR reports and analytics for financial forecasting
- Monitor credit policies and recommend adjustments based on customer behavior
- Lead month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA financial modules
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
