As a pivotal member of our staff, you will be tasked with the comprehensive management of our accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring that all invoices are processed correctly and payments are collected in a timely manner. You will play a critical role in maintaining the company's financial health through rigorous bank reconciliations and precise payment allocations. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in Xero to manage financial data, assist in month-end close procedures, and provide essential administrative support to the wider finance department. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing overdue accounts.
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle payment allocations and posting of invoices with high precision and attention to detail.
- Leverage Xero accounting software for financial management, reporting, and data entry tasks.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Xero, is highly required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a home-based work setup.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
