As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will handle the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from invoice generation and validation to payment collection and reconciliation. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to resolve discrepancies, address payment issues, and maintain accurate financial records. Your analytical skills will be essential for identifying trends, improving collection processes, and minimizing bad debt.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
- Resolve payment discrepancies and address client billing inquiries
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify collection opportunities
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce days sales outstanding
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and cash flow forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
- Proven track record of improving collection processes and reducing bad debt
