In this pivotal role, you'll manage the entire accounts receivable lifecycle, ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships. Our competitive compensation package includes PHP 72,000 - PHP 79,000 monthly plus comprehensive HMO coverage and non-taxable allowances. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment allocation
- Monitor aging reports and implement proactive collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with general ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare monthly AR reports and analysis for management review
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes
- Process credit applications and establish credit limits for new clients
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in BPO or multinational company preferred
