- Develop, validate, and maintain actuarial models for reinsurance product pricing and reserving
- Perform in-depth risk analysis and financial modeling for complex insurance portfolios
- Prepare detailed actuarial reports and presentations for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and investment teams to align actuarial findings with business objectives
- Monitor and assess emerging risks and regulatory changes affecting reinsurance operations
- Lead actuarial projects to enhance valuation methodologies and improve financial forecasting accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the department
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 3-5 years of actuarial experience in insurance or reinsurance valuation
- Professional actuarial qualifications (SOA, UK Institute, or equivalent) with progress toward Fellowship
- Advanced proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., Prophet, AXIS) and programming languages (R, Python)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory reporting and Solvency II/IFRS 17 frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment
