Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and evaluate the financial impact of healthcare trends.
- Analyze large datasets to support pricing strategies and product development initiatives.
- Manage and calculate actuarial reserves to ensure regulatory compliance and solvency.
- Provide actuarial support for claims-related decisions and investigations.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models using advanced tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in actuarial analysis, preferably within the insurance or healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in pricing, reserving, and claims analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Actuarial designations (e.g., ASA, FSA) are a plus.
