Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure peak efficiency and professional standards.
- Manage complex scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics for the executive team.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project documentation and compliance.
- Prepare, proofread, and maintain high-quality reports, contracts, and project correspondence.
- Manage office procurement, vendor relations, and inventory control to optimize operational costs.
- Implement and refine administrative systems and workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Support project teams by tracking deadlines, documentation, and administrative reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably within the construction or development industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising professional discretion.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
