Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and streamline daily office operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage executive scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal meeting coordination.
  • Supervise office administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive records, filing systems, and digital databases for all company documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format essential business reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the implementation of new office policies and operational procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement requests within budgetary guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize urgent matters, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Previous experience in the F&B or manufacturing sector is considered an added advantage.
