Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment assistance, onboarding processes, leave management, and accurate employee record maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance schedules, and cultivate strong vendor relationships to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted operational flow.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement improved administrative procedures and systems to enhance overall workflow and boost productivity.
  • Handle general correspondence, meticulous document control, comprehensive filing, and accurate data management with precision and utmost confidentiality.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and handle complex travel arrangements for senior management as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, professional presentations, and other critical administrative documents.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external queries, providing professional, timely, and effective assistance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role, with significant exposure to HR functions.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional time management abilities, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
