MSIG is seeking a proactive Senior Administrative Officer to join our dynamic Marine Operations team in Singapore. You will play an integral role in driving business transformation by participating in company-level committees and spearheading ad-hoc projects aimed at optimizing our internal workflows. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and implement daily operational workflows to support the Marine insurance department.
  • Participate in cross-functional company-level committees to drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end documentation processes, ensuring strict adherence to company compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to improve productivity.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within the insurance or logistics industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various levels of management.
