MSIG is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrative Officer (Operations), Marine to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the growth of our marine operations division.
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing proper administrative procedures while actively participating in company-level committees for ad-hoc projects aimed at improving and expanding our operations and business capabilities. This position offers excellent exposure to cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives within one of Singapore's leading insurance providers.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, streamlining documentation processes, and supporting senior management in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

- Participate in company-level committees and contribute to ad-hoc projects that improve and expand operations and business
- Manage and implement proper administrative procedures and documentation systems
- Coordinate operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support senior management in strategic planning and execution of marine operations initiatives
- Handle correspondence, reports, and official documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to leadership
- Identify process improvements and recommend efficiency enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in marine or insurance industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in committee settings or cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
