- Participate in company-level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand Company's operations/business
- Manage and implement proper administrative procedures and workflows for the Marine division
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records
- Support strategic initiatives by providing administrative expertise and coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marine Operations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in the marine or insurance industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software and administrative systems
- Experience with project coordination and committee participation
- Knowledge of marine operations and industry regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
