Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in company-level committees and lead ad-hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency and expand business scope.
- Manage and implement proper operational procedures and workflows for the Marine division.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, documentation, and correspondence for senior management.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions to optimize business operations.
- Support the administration of company policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marine Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably within the insurance or marine industry.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, project management, and business administration principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant project management tools.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to decision-making.
