In this role, you will participate in company-level committees and ad-hoc projects aimed at improving and expanding our operations and business. You will manage administrative processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate with various stakeholders to support the marine operations division.
As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will act as a bridge between departments, ensuring that operational workflows are efficient and aligned with company goals. You will prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for senior management and external partners. Your strong organisational skills will be vital in managing schedules, events, and travel arrangements related to marine operations.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably in the marine or insurance sector.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of marine operations or insurance industry is an advantage.
