Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and refine daily administrative operations to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Marine business processes.
- Participate in company-level committees to drive organizational improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support ad-hoc operational projects from conceptualization to successful implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for marine-related operational activities.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Propose and execute innovative solutions to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Serve as a liaison between department stakeholders to facilitate smooth business communication.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within the insurance or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record of working effectively within committee or project-based teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
