Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and refine daily administrative operations to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Marine business processes.
  • Participate in company-level committees to drive organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and support ad-hoc operational projects from conceptualization to successful implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for marine-related operational activities.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Propose and execute innovative solutions to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a liaison between department stakeholders to facilitate smooth business communication.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within the insurance or logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational management software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
