MSIG is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Officer (Operations) to support our Marine division. Tanggung Jawab
- Participate actively in company-level committees and ad-hoc projects to identify and implement improvements in business operations.
- Manage and implement proper operational procedures and workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Marine Operations management team, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
- Liaise between different departments to facilitate communication and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational projects and committee activities.
- Assist in the organization of corporate events and internal meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably within the Marine or Insurance industry.
- Proven experience in supporting senior management and participating in strategic committees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
