Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in company-level committees and working groups for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand business operations.
- Manage and implement proper administrative and operational procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of key business initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to Marine operations and corporate projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marine Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably within the Marine, Insurance, or Logistics industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
