Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in company-level committees to drive ad-hoc projects aimed at operational scaling and business improvement.
- Manage and implement standardized administrative procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support Marine insurance operations and service delivery.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity within the operational management systems.
- Provide administrative support for strategic Marine business projects and operational initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication channels across different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within the insurance or logistics sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
