Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage end-to-end ad campaign lifecycles, from conceptualization to performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and adjust bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy and visual assets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
- Report directly to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
- Manage relationships with external media agencies and platforms to ensure cost-effective media buying.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advertising, performance marketing, or brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad-tech tools.
- Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of the local Cikarang/Jawa Barat market landscape is highly desirable.
