We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI agent systems, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of production-grade AI agent systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and optimize LLM applications and RAG pipelines to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Continuously research and integrate the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Deploy and maintain scalable machine learning models in cloud environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining LLM-based applications and RAG architectures.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and semantic search technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
