You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers, to bridge the gap between machine learning research and scalable production environments. - Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to production.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement AI features that improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Optimize and maintain high-performance inference pipelines for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and champion best practices in MLOps, code quality, and system architecture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and NLP to ensure KPN Corp. maintains a competitive edge.
- Manage end-to-end AI project lifecycles, from data pipeline construction to model monitoring and retraining.
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure architecture to ensure low-latency model performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to Machine Learning or AI development.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep understanding of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient production-grade code.
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
