Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training and deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance AI frameworks and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise software products.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for coding standards, security, and documentation.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies to maintain the company’s competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with deep understanding of ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
