Tera Data Indonusa is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Programmer / Architect to join our expanding team in Cakung, Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement robust, scalable AI and machine learning pipelines integrated into production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from technical documentation and system design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototype models into efficient, enterprise-level code.
- Optimize AI system performance, focusing on latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Establish and enforce clean coding standards and best practices for AI development across the engineering team.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and mentor junior developers in advanced algorithmic problem-solving.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their potential for organizational competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, and deep familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Solid foundation in software design patterns, data structures, and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
