Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and vendor inquiries
- Support month-end closing activities by ensuring accurate and timely completion of AP tasks
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external accounting regulations
- Prepare and analyze aging reports, payment summaries, and other financial documentation
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Implement automation and system enhancements to streamline accounts payable operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting with focus on accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
