Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial data management or master data governance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP FICO preferred) and data management tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks and quality controls
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
