Join Sea Limited's prestigious HQ Finance department as a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity where you will play an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core business segments. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with senior leadership to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, develop financial models, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant fluctuations in financial results
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and financial reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and ERP platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
