Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments
- Facilitate training workshops and virtual learning sessions for diverse employee cohorts
- Analyze learning effectiveness metrics and optimize program delivery based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate learning initiatives into talent development strategies
- Manage L&D budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining program quality standards
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry trends to innovate program offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development program design and implementation
- Proven expertise in needs analysis, curriculum development, and training evaluation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into learning solutions
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Project management experience with ability to deliver complex initiatives within deadlines and budgets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) to measure learning ROI
