  • Analyze learning effectiveness metrics and optimize program delivery based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate learning initiatives into talent development strategies
  • Manage L&D budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining program quality standards
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry trends to innovate program offerings

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development program design and implementation
  • Proven expertise in needs analysis, curriculum development, and training evaluation methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into learning solutions
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Project management experience with ability to deliver complex initiatives within deadlines and budgets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) to measure learning ROI
