Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for Vietnamese entities, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and vendor management
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and balance sheets for Vietnamese operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and internal control requirements
- Collaborate with Vietnamese business units to resolve financial discrepancies and process improvements
- Support month-end/year-end closing activities and audit preparations
- Develop and maintain financial documentation and process workflows
- Train junior team members on Vietnamese-specific accounting procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or record-to-report operations
- Native Vietnamese fluency with professional English proficiency (verbal/written)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting regulations and tax requirements
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliation, and process optimization
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills with ability to work under deadlines
