1FSS Pte Ltd is inviting a skilled Senior Assistant Executive, Payroll to join our growing team on a 1-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in payroll administration within a supportive environment. As the Payroll Executive, you will oversee the full payroll process for our organization, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time. Your duties will include processing monthly payroll cycles, verifying employee data, calculating net pay, and ensuring strict compliance with Singapore’s statutory regulations, such as CPF contributions, income tax (TDS), and employment pass requirements. You will be responsible for generating detailed payroll reports for management and HR, as well as acting as the primary liaison for employees to address payroll-related questions and discrepancies. You will also assist in the month-end close process, assist with year-end tax filings, and collaborate with the finance team to streamline payroll procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, including CPF, TDS, and other relevant employment laws.
- Verify and update payroll master data, including salary revisions, tax status, and employment details.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports and reconciliation statements for management review.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally and promptly.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures related to payroll.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to maintain data integrity and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing within Singapore.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore payroll laws and regulations (MOM/IRAS guidelines).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and payroll software systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines during payroll cycles.
