  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty members across the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences
  • Coordinate faculty recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
  • Manage research grant applications, compliance, and reporting processes
  • Oversee budget administration and financial planning for academic departments
  • Coordinate faculty meetings, seminars, and academic events
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Serve as a primary liaison between faculty, administration, and various university departments
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with university policies and external regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in higher education
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative software systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting in an academic setting
  • Knowledge of higher education administration practices and procedures
