Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of undergraduate examination cycles, ensuring integrity and adherence to university policy.
- Lead accreditation initiatives, ensuring departmental alignment with internal and external quality assurance frameworks.
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends, improve procedural efficiency, and support academic decision-making.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, students, and regulatory bodies regarding accreditation and examination queries.
- Develop and implement operational workflows to optimize assessment administration and reduce manual overhead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline student records management and accreditation reporting.
- Monitor compliance with academic regulations and facilitate internal audits to ensure institutional standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of administrative experience, ideally within the higher education or public sector in Singapore.
- Proven expertise in project management, specifically regarding academic governance or accreditation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Student Information Systems (SIS).
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
