- Oversee patient admission and discharge procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with hospital policies.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.
