Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned staff groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer compensation programs including salary benchmarking, annual increment exercises, and bonus payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, IRAS regulations, and MOM requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Finance on payroll-related matters.
  • Prepare regular compensation and payroll reports for management review.
  • Participate in system enhancements and testing for payroll systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on compensation and payroll issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation and payroll, preferably in a healthcare or large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, tax, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
