We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to lead compensation and payroll functions within our team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned staff groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer compensation programs including salary benchmarking, annual increment exercises, and bonus payouts.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, IRAS regulations, and MOM requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Finance on payroll-related matters.
- Prepare regular compensation and payroll reports for management review.
- Participate in system enhancements and testing for payroll systems.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on compensation and payroll issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation and payroll, preferably in a healthcare or large organization.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, tax, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
