Alexandra Hospital is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior / Assistant Manager to join the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee complex F&E (Facilities & Equipment) procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strict adherence to governance standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the COO’s office to automate manual workflows and enhance operational agility.
- Manage the lifecycle of strategic projects, from conceptualization and resource planning to execution and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to identify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic presentations for the COO and senior leadership team regarding project milestones and budget utilization.
- Act as a primary liaison between the hospital and external vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Support the COO in long-term strategic planning and the development of the hospital’s operational roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, procurement, or corporate strategy, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Proven experience in managing digital transformation or large-scale IT implementation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
- High proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
