Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Dean’s Office to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide high-level secretarial and operational support to the Dean in executing strategic initiatives and faculty goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate major faculty-level meetings, committees, and academic events.
- Prepare complex reports, briefs, and presentation materials for senior university leadership.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across departmental workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Dean’s Office and internal/external stakeholders, including faculty members, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring strict compliance with university policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in office management or operations, preferably in an academic or corporate environment.
- Proven track record in project management and high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draft professional reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise resource planning software.
- Ability to demonstrate professional integrity and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
