- Oversee daily operational activities of the Ear Nose Throat Centre and Centre for Hearing and Ear Implants
- Coordinate and manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient care pathways and service delivery
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of medical equipment and supplies
- Conduct regular staff training and professional development programs
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience, with at least 2 years in ENT or specialized medical center
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively
- Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and systems
